What is shyness?
Shyness is define for feeling fear of embarrassment and related to lack of confidence experienced in social association with other especially among teenagers. Shyness affects how a person feels and behaves around others. Shyness is not an illness but an emotion that cause uncomfortable and nervous. A mistake often people make are interpreted shyness similar like introversion. Those who prefer to spend time alone rather than with others, but feel comfortable when they are in social settings, are “non-anxious introverts.” So while they may chose to be unsocial, they are not shy.
Why are some people shy?
There are be lots of reasons why people are shy and mostly cause by life experience than a tendency of genetic. When person are teased or bullied by other such as older sister or brother, he or she will lack self confidence and hide from society. Sometimes shyness is very much a matter of self confidence and when a person feel pushed into situations they don’t feel prepared for, it will put itself down in front of other people.
